Didnt receive an activation code for Kabel

Hello 

I made a Kabel contract on the 26th of May and in the confirmation it said that I should receive the activation code in the next days but after five days still didn't receive it although I received something called service pin. What should I do to activate it

My second question is that I have my own router fritzbox 6690 that my friend gave me . When I connect it to the cable socket and connect it to my phone it redirects me to the activation portal so it seems like new. Will it work with no problem in the activation date which is 4th of june

without the activation code you can' activate your 6690

hopefully article number on the back is correct 

needs to be 20002965

The article number is 20002993 is it ok

At the activation portal it needs the kundennummer and Aktivierungscode

No, it isn't

 

this is a rental device and can't be activated 

give it back to your friend and if he don't need it he should send it back to Vodafone 

 

Can I apply to rent a device from vodafone after I made the contract because I don't want to cancel it and start all over again

should be possible

add the Homebox option to your contract
