Hi,
I got a Vodafone cable router last month. I made a mistake in my adress and forgot to add c/o, since my surname is not on the door. Due to this error i can't receive any mail with my activation number to add contract to my account, create PIN and pay bills. I have contacted your customer service but they refused to help me. Can you please help me with this issue? it's very urgent as i have no way to use my account and invoice.

You are in a customer-to-customer only forum, neither contact to nor support by Vodafone is available here. For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Responses then can take time (even days) as this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
