DOCSIS Offline on new connection

Hi, i just set evertything up for my vodafonebut i still got no connection snd DOCSIS is offline. In the beginning i got just 1 downstream channel, but iut has 0mhz. Now everything is gone. no connection, no internet, nothing. Tried to call support but they dont speak english. Can anyone help me here?

You will need to call the support - and I'm afraid to tell you that there's only German support (as you contractually agreed upon).

So maybe you can ask somebody to help you -or- you will need to get a translator on your own expenses.
