Connected vodafone station but Internet LED blinks red

Hello,

I connected my Vodafone Wi-Fi 6 station (TG6442VF) to the coaxial cable connector and waited one day, but the Internet light is still flashing red. In the setup software, the DOCSIS status is OFFLINE, the modulation has an UNSUPPORTED status for the downstream, and I have no upstream channels.
I also called technical support, but unfortunately I don't speak German, so they couldn't help me. Can you advise what my next steps should be?
