Hello,
My German is not so good, thus writing the message in English.
I live in Frankfurt, 60594. My cable internet stopped working 2 days ago. I called the hotline and registered a complaint. I was told that they will try to fix it remotely. And if still doesn't work, they'll send a technician. I was sent a ticket number and a link to keep an eye on my issue. After about 24 hours, I received a text message saying that the internet issue persists in the entire building and they are trying to resolve it. A few moments later, they updated my online ticket with "Issue has been resolved". But the internet still doesn't work. I'm now trying to reach Vodafone but no one's picking up. What should I do? I have a "Kabelvertrag" and use the Vodafone EasyBox.

Update: I was finally able to talk to a technician yesterday who explained that since the issue persists in the entire building, they have opened a single ticket for the entire building and that the technician will visit on Tuesday which is 6 days after the internet stopped working. He told me I should contact customer service to be able to get some "data" credited to my vodafone mobile number to be able to use hotspot since I work from home and have already paid much more for additional data that what I pay monthly for Vodafone internet. After 3 calls for trying to reach customer service and being given wrong numbers and rude comments, the concerned person finally explained to me that the previous technician advised me wrong since my internet is from "Vodafone GmbH" and my mobile number from Vodafone DE, he is not able to give me any additional data on my phone number. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? Absolutely disappointing and misinformed customer service. I don't think I would recommend Vodafone to anyone after this incident.
Could someone from customer service please contact me and help me get some credits for next month's rechnung? It's extremely unfair to pay so much for purchasing additional data!!!!!
