Hello,
I've started new contract for Cable-Internet connection a week ago, and there was an appointment scheduled two days ago with a techniciat from Cable-Way and no one called me!
When I called them they talled me that the technician reported that a permission from the house owner is required(I dont't have any contact details with the house owner), however when I called Vodafone's customer support they told me that this permission shouldn't be important because some other apartments in the same house have Cable- Connection already!
I need either to establish this connection as soon as possible or cancel the contract.
