Hi,
I can see that in my address the cable & mobile is said to be under maintenance until next Thursday 29th, until 22:00.
That makes it 5 days in total with no advanced notice or more detailed info. What is causing this and how it will be compensated on my contract?
5 days without internet while working from home is a massive failure.
