Since 24 hours now I have no internet, red light is continuesly blinking.
I have read a alot and did all the suggested topic such as restarting the modem, checking all the connection.
When I check from the IP I can see that the docsis is offline and on the docsis page it does not have any connection.
Please urgently help I'm working from home and this is critical for me.
