6 months internet problem

My customer number is: 158475603

I am having problems with the internet connection on my Kabel1000 contract since the beginning of the year. Every day the internet speed drops to 0.2 MB/s every 2 hours, “extremely slow”. But I pay for 1000 MB/s. you sent 2 times technicians and you cant solve problem. But since 6 months, no device, no solution!!!!!

 


you should find a solution for me because i am paying hell of money and I am getting 0.2mb/s internet everyday! I have been different part of the world before and this internet service is worst service I have ever seen.

 


 if you can’t fix this issue you can not charge me 44.90 euro for this service because you can’t provide 1000 mb/s service to me. You are providing %0.1 of your stated speed. Please fix this problem asap. I am contacting with you since 6 month and no improvement!!!!!!!

 

 

in that case you should cancel all my contract without any fee.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
