Weekly Hotspot Ticket is not working

I can't load any page except the vodafone.de homepage , where it is asking me to login with 3 options and the last option asks to buy one more ticket. I can see my ticket details with status successful. Any idea why it isn't working? I really need this internet access urgently. We don't speak German, so calling support is not an ideal solution. Which option should I use to login from the vodafone.de  page? Please help ASAP.

Can you please describe in detail, with pictures if you like, why it is not possible to connect with the device that is registered for the ticket?
