No WLAN since 8 days

Hello,

Since 8 days I do not have WLAN in my apartment. I have spoken with several Vodafine representatives to solve my problem. I have changed the ethernet cable, and tested a LAN connection but there is no internet. 

There is confusion since we have an o2 router with a vodafone contract. Is this the problem?

Our property owner was on the contract, but now he's sold the apartment, so we cannot access MeinKabel to resolve any issues.

 

I try my best to speak German, but it is schlecht and I cannot properly explain the problem to the representatives who try very hard and are patient with me.

 

If someone here could help me, that would be lovely.

Do I understand correctly that this is not as described above, about the WLAN but that generally on the router via LAN and WLAN no Internet is available?
