Internet is too slow to function!!

I ordered the 250DSL, since it is the highest package available at my apartment, and I need to be able to participate in video calls for work.

The internet is active, and devices recognize that an WLAN connection exists, but it is SO SLOW that every site terminates because the reload takes too long, or just doesn't recognize a connection to the actual internet. 

My neighbor brought his laptop so he could use the LAN port, since my work computer does not have one, and even he said it is slower than his 50DSL and useless.

I have not been able to work for a MONTH and I need this fixed-- I do not want to be paying for a service that can't be used!

Ich habe das 250DSL bestellt, da es das höchste verfügbare Paket in meiner Wohnung ist und ich beruflich an Videoanrufen teilnehmen kann.

 

Das Internet ist aktiv und die Geräte erkennen zwar, dass eine WLAN-Verbindung besteht, aber es ist SO LANGSAM, dass jede Seite beendet wird, weil das Nachladen zu lange dauert oder einfach keine Verbindung zum eigentlichen Internet erkennt.

 

Mein Nachbar hat seinen Laptop mitgebracht, damit er den LAN-Port benutzen konnte, da mein Arbeitscomputer keinen hat, und er sagte sogar, er sei langsamer als sein 50DSL und unbrauchbar.

 

Ich war seit einem MONAT nicht in der Lage, zu arbeiten, und ich brauche dieses Problem – ich möchte nicht für einen Dienst bezahlen, der nicht genutzt werden kann!

I am sorry that you have the trouble. I understand that you're angry because it's so long not working. Have you already reported the malfunction of the DSL line by telephone?
