Hello,
This morning our router started reporting DSL errors. Gone via support bot and even factory reset it. Still router says that no DSL and cable in first 200 meters is fine.
Callback on last step failed two times. Can you please help and check whats up?

sorry for my late answere. I've checked your landline. I got the error message that you're still useing the wrong login data.
Please set up the router with the new modem installationcode. I've sent you the new one via sms.

Hi @Norman
Any updates? We need internet for work, but still have to use mobile as replacement.
It's 3rd day without any DSL internet.
I cannot also open ticket at customer portal, this new wizard shows me error on the last step after 3-4 attempts.
