Hello everyone,
I am now turning to the forum because I have already submitted an online contact form/complaint, but the problem persists and remains unresolved. Despite performing a factory reset, the Vodafone Station continues to lose its Wi-Fi connection. These dropouts specifically affect the 5 GHz network (Wi-Fi 2.0 / 5G) .
An analysis of the event logs reveals a clear error pattern that points to a hardware or driver defect of the router:
Frequent disconnects: REASON-CODE=5 (DISASSOC_AP_BUSY) – The router is overloaded and is actively rejecting new connections .
Failed handshakes: REASON-CODE=14 (AP-STA-POSSIBLE-PSK-MISMATCH) – Due to reconnect loops, the key exchange fails and is incorrectly interpreted by the router as an incorrect password .
Frozen Wi-Fi: Devices show a data rate of LastTxPhyRate=0Mbps / LastRxPhyRate=0Mbps immediately before the connection drops , despite a good signal (-51 dBm to -55 dBm).
Since previous attempts to contact support and a factory reset have not provided a solution, I request that a moderator investigate and arrange for an immediate device replacement (replacement of the Vodafone Station) .
My customer number is: *
(My contact details are stored in my forum profile).
Thank you in advance!

Despite performing a factory reset
Sicher kann er es nochmal versuchen aber da ist nicht viel Hoffnung
", I request that a moderator investigate and arrange for an immediate device replacement"
There is no support in the forums.
The hotline should be able to initiate a router replacement.
If speed isnt an issue i would turn off the 5Ghz and use the 2,4Ghz (or just for a test)
