Three days without internet in Kehl

I pay 53 euros a month for a very random connection GigaZuhause CableMax 1000 in Kehl. Quite often it doesn't work for a few hours. Or it is so slow that I cannot hold a videoconference while working from home. Now it has been a full three days without any internet connection. I cannot work in these conditions. This is ridiculous. I've never seen such a bad service in my life. Is there something specific about Kehl that nobody cares about the customers there ?
