Horrible Slow internet speed

Hi, I had a 1000Mbps Vodafone kabel connection and in the first year things were great, but after the discounted year, when I downgraded it to 500Mbps, it started really flaking out. Now it is hardly 50 Mbps and sometimes 10 Mbps and I have called Vodafone multiple times but I don't speak German and they hang up when I say "Sprechen English"?

I want to sever this connection legally and move to O2 if this is the state as I cannot even do work calls on Zoom and I am always on Hotspot and it is terrible

Speedtest über WLAN sind auch wertlos. Da garantiert dir kein Anbieter dieser Welt irgendeinen bestimmten Wert! Schließe einen PC/Laptop mit LAN an den Router an, und führe den Speedtest erneut durch! Und sollte der auch nicht die gebuchte Geschwindigkeit bringen, melde das dann dem technischen Support!

ein Wechsel zu O2 wird da nicht helfen, die nutzen das Kabelnetz von Vodafone
