Hello,
I have a DSL connection in my apartment with Easybox 805 since last October. The last Thursday it suddenly stopped working. Internet LED is constantly red while there is no light in telephone LED where all of them were green before. A technician from Telekom has already visited yesterday and checked Hausanschluss. Everything is fine with it. Today Vodafone closed my Störungsticket claiming that my problem is resolved. But I still don't have a connection at home. I thought maybe the dsl cable or the device itself is broken. But Vodafone didn't check anything about it. So I'd appreciate if anyone help me out there

Hey Nesilesiyok,
I'm sorry to hear that your landline is still not working.
If the technician has checked it & there is a proper dsl signal comming from your telephone connection socket, it may be a faulty device.
In this case we swap the router.
