This month I got a contract with Vodafone because the apartment I moved in just gets cable connection. I have the Gigazuhause 1000 Kabel (BV)
I have this internet connection since the 04.09 and since the beginning the connection is very bad.
Every hour at least, the connection drops to max 1Mbps and I have to reboot the router. It will stay good for a while, and then again a huge drop in speed.
I have called the Kundenservice but no one is speaking English, they sent me an SMS where they told me to send an email, but it's impossible to find an email on the webside. The Kontaktformular are not easy to find and I couldn't find anything for my case.
Can I get some help here?
