It has been 4 days now, the intenet connection keeps dropping every 2-3 minutes. The line is not stable at all and its extremely irritating . I am on RED Internet 100 DSL. Location - Duisburg, Cecilienstr. 35
According to Netassitant: No problem in my area
Tried everything from removing all the devices, Hard setting the Router etc etc..
Its not possible to work like this. Vodafone is not cheap but offers a horrible service.
No english support on Vodafone callcenter. After so much struggle was able to raise a complaint - xxxxxxxx
Waiting for Technician to arrive after 3 more days :-(.. Total resolution (if it happens) will be on 7th day 😞
Anyone any help?

Hi Internet-Nitin,
sorry to hear, that your DSL access isn't working properly. You have an open trouble ticket? Then our experts take care, that your line is getting repaired. Please note, that the DSL lines are property of Telekom, and so we need a techncian ordered by Telekom to fix the issue. This can last a few days, sorry.

thanks Dani. Unfortunately today the ticket was closed abruptly saying issue is resolved, while its not. I had to call once again to reopen the ticket.

The agent said that there is no Telekom visit planned, not sure what to do?

Generally, there are many checks by Telekom before a technician comes to visit the customer. If they found out that the failure is at another point, the appointment will be cancelled.
Did you already gave us hint (via hotline or vod.af/dsl-netzassistent) that your line still isn't working?
