EasyBox 805 stuck in activation procedure

Hi. I have ordered EasyBox 805. Today was a technician from Telecom who connected the landline. After that in 10 minutes I received an SMS with MIC. So I used this information to activate my modem. So after updating firmware and a reboot it is now in the step 63 ( I just pick a number from URL, maybe it is not that important). Device says keep waiting and don't shutdown the modem and it continues for couple of hours. I cannot use the regular support methods like phone call because I don't speak German and I'm not even able to understand which keys I should press to speak to human not to bot.

So if there is anything I can do to overcome this - please let me know. Thanks a lot and best regards!
