Easybox stuck in activation.

The technician came today did the wires, said the router  should work in a few minutes, he left, I put the MIC in  meanwhile 12 hours later I'm still in the same spot, even after resetting it 2-3 times. Need some help.

then you'll need to contact the service again. A technician will need to come to you again.
