I ordered VF DSL service from their website. The earliest desired date I can choose for service activation needs to wait for more than 2 weeks, and it's definitely not what I want. What I want to get the service activated as soon as possible. After ordering, I realized the service activation doesn't really need any technician to visit my home. I tried to activate the line by myself while it keeps saying 'The activation of your EasyBox is in progress. Please do not turn off the device'. So my question is, do I have to wait until the so-called desired date to get the service activated? If that's the case I have to say the customer experience is really bad. Cross fingers while I still hope to get an answer, is it possible to accelerate the process?
Note: there used to be VDF DSL service installed in my apartment before.
