Hello,I've been a new vodafone customer for 3 days and I noticed from the next day that I lose the connection to the internet several times a day or several times in a short period of time.
I have a Red Internet 250DSL with EasyBox 805 and only I use the internet on 3 devices,i noticed that when I lose the internet signal, the LEDs on the router flash red or blue until they turn green, I don't have ipv6 and ipv4 changes after the internet comes back, everything takes about 2-3 minutes. I checked if there are problems in the area and it seems that it is nothing.I am also attaching some pictures of the errors I have during the interruption, I hope someone can help/guide me to a solution so that I don't close the contract soon, thank you and I hope I don't mind that I write in English, but I don't know German very well.

Sorry to say, but there's no direct support in this Forum any more - you will need to contact Vodafone using one of the official contact ways in order to adress your problem.
