I got a vodafone dsl connection a few days ago. I didn't have a compatible dsl router so I bought a Vodafone Easybox 803. I've been trying to install it but I cannot as there is no field where I can enter my MIC. I watched all the videos and read most materials posted by Vodafone already. I contacted customer support 2 times but they mentioned that my problem is unique and couldn't help me with manual installation and they mentioned that getting the MIC prompt is key! There was also a language barrier as my German is not the best and they couldn't really help me in English.
Please help me out with this!

Depending on the Line you ordered, the EasyBox 803 will NOT work at all.
According to the information I have, the EasyBox 803 is NOT capable of VDSL at all, so only ADSL2+ lines (with a max. speed of 16 MBit/s) may work, anything above or even VDSL based 16 MBit/s lines, will NOT work with this device!
