Not able to order esim

I have tried ordering esim from vodafone app but esim option is not available.  So I tried login in vodafone site, here I can see the option but after OTP order button not working.

did you checked the version of the app? Is it the latest one? 

On web, what do you mean with otp?

OTP mean SMS code. Here is the Screenshot from Web., Order button is not working in web. I have latest version of app in android but no option to avail esim. Kindly help me from this issue.
