I have 2 questions
1 When I try to log in to My Vodafone, portal. Nothing shows up under my order. Also my contract information is missing under My Vodafone page. How can this be fixed? I expect my contract, orders, invoice, etc., to be reflected under my account in the portal. I got the router on 12/7/25, and I got it running on the same day.
2 How do I enable Super WLAN service? How do I know it is activated/working?
I appreciate any help you can provide.

I have requested the activation code on 11/7 and I was told it should be mailed within 5-7 business days. Its been more than that. Do we know when I would be able to view my contract on my vodafone ?

Nobody here can tell you that, as there is no longer any direct support in the forum. This is just a customer helping customer forum.
