Hello All,
I have been trying to reach Vodafone service team for fixing the issue on my Fritzbox 5530 internet. The bigger challange is that the customer service automated lines are always in German and I do not know how to navigate to discuss in English about my problem.
I called the shop from where I took the contract and they are saying that the technician will come for the installation. It's been more than 2 weeks since i have ordered the product and still the internet is not working.
There is no support from Vodafone team to send someone to come and have a look at the issue.
I have been very disappointed with the kind of support vodafone has.
