hey there, i have been trying to order a CallYa sim card, waited over a week without success. i want to cancel it. so hard to contact you and to try and get it, i have no way to call phone support so i went to stores and no one helped me. i already paid 15 euro to try and top up my sim card which i didnt receive. i want to cancel it and have a refund.

In this community customers help other costumers. No support by Vodafone Employees. Please call the customer hotline via 0172 229 0 229 or use WhatsApp 0172 200 02 29.
If your German isn't that good, ask a native speaking friend to help you.

The CallYa SIM cards themselves are free anyway and must be topped up monthly if you do not have it debited.
If you need help, write to the support team via WhatsApp.
They can help you.

@D4vidP well i first ordered an eSim and tried to top it with 15 euros and it had a technichal issue and didnt work - thats why i went to the store on alexanderplatz and eventually they told me that they will ship me a physical sim - which haven't arrived for a week and a half. i also dont have a working sim so i cant call the customer hotline.... and the whatsapp support is just a bot who doesn't help at all and tells me to call the hotline.... and i cant even fill the contact form here! (as attached).
i have no way! of contacting support, this was a terrible experience, i just want to have my money back.
