Cancelling my Pre-Paid Card

Hello everyone! So, for the last year I've been using a pre-paid card (CallYa Digital) with an automatic top-up. Now I want to cancel it because I am going back to my country. However, I am not sure how. First of all, I can't download the app because my Google Play isn't based in Germany but in my country. In the website I cannot find an explicit "cancel" option. In some threads in the community I found the suggestion of changing my tariff to "Talk & SMS (free of charge)" but there's no such thing in the list of the tarrifs I can change to.

What I did was I cancelled the automatic top-up. Is this enough?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @KonstantinosPan,

That's right. Your can't change the tariff into Talk & SMS because it's an old tariff doesn't provide anymore. You only can change in the provided tariffs there!

It's enough to disable the automatic top up option and put the SIM card into the drawer.

Hello KonstantinosPan,

you can also log in to MyVodafone via the browser and deactivate automatic top-up. You can also change the tariff there.

Best regards

Maria

That's what I am saying. Through the MyVodafone site, in the available tarrifs it DOESN'T show me the "Talk And SMS" option. Also, I disabled the automatic top-up and I am asking if this is enough (that's what I am saying in the original post) even if I don't change my tarrif (since I cannot find the "Talk and SMS".

(By putting the SIM into the drwaer you mean to just take it of the phone, right?)

Thank you so much!!

Yes, that's I meant. 😃
