Where did my account balance go?

I topped up my number on 03/10/2022. After double checking the remaining amount in my account, I found out the balance 0ed. 

Could you please help me to investigate why am I overcharged?

The fastest way would be calling the hotline - but that would only make sense if you'd speak German...

you have an active Turkey option (500 MB) in addition to the digital tariff. You got it on March 19th. booked and costs €9.99. do you need them

Hello samiaras,

you only had 20 € credit after the top-up. You were in the red due to returned direct debits. In addition to the digital tariff, you also have an active Turkey option (500 MB for €9.99).

If you don't need them, I can delete them.
