I have purchased a prepaid Vodafone CallYa SIM card. I have registered online and verified at the postfiliale ( Glauburgstraße Deutsche postfiliale 475) yesterday (07.02.2024) at around 5pm. My SIM card is still not activated. If I check with the activation link, it still shows that I have to verify at the post office. What should I do in this case. I am from India and this is my first German number and hence I cannot contact the customer support numbers without its activation.
