Dear All,
My daughter always complain that her iphone14 has no internet. She is having prepaid CallYa.
She could call and send WhatApps without WIFI.
My question is, how do I start debugging the issue?

Thanks for your feedback.
I am actually not 100% certain since the SIM card was purchased in 2019. Is that a way to find out?
By the way, I normally top up throught Vodafone CallNow Prepaid from Amazon.
I checked her phone yerterday and the modile data in on + APN is set to web.vodafone.de

Hi @James7,
You can use the MeinVodafone app getting the info what tariff your daughter use to. Open the app, scroll a little bit down and click on "My Plan".
Then you'll see the CallYa tariff.
The APN "web.vodafone.de" is correct.
Does anybody still have a VF contract checking that there isn't an issue at your location?
But maybe a check by customer care could be find out the issue.
Use this contact channel. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter).
