I received email on Oct 11, 2023 that my prepaid Vodafone SIM card is ready and it has been delivered to me. After 2 weeks, I never received it. Online Chat is a robot only; My colleague made a phone call to Customer Service, which you must speak German and it was not resolved. I am very frustrated.
What can I do?

I have tried TOBi, WhatsApp and Facebook. All of them are robots and speaking German only.
Could you find a way to help me with human being who speaks English?

Could you connect me with human customer service directly - via email? TOBi just tells a phone number to call. I have no German phone to call, neither speak German. Please help. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my question has not been answered so far. Could you provide an email so I can contact in English? Actually simply resend the SIM card to the address will do. Thanks.
