Hello,
I cant seem to topup my CallYa prepaid account. (9.99 every 4 weeks)
1. The direct topup online option doesnt let me add the mobile 'unfortunately we can not book this topup at the moment'
2. I cant download the Meinvodafone app as im on the Uk Apple store.
3. If i try to add my new contract through Meinvodafone account (cable) there is a similar problem, saying there is an error.
4. There doesnt seem to be an option when i call #100*
Can anyone help, this is meant to be easy.

please contact our customer service via these contact channels and let them have a look into your customer account.
My friends at the messaging service will help in English.

I used the messaging app and was told i would get a immediate call back. But never received the call.
It would be great to just be able to topup online. Soon as you add the number it says it cant do that now...

Hi @darkwizard,
Did you mean with "The direct topup online option" that you tried topping up from your account at the MeinVodafone website?
It should also be possible to top up your credit via online (internet) banking.
Enter as reference only your mobile phone number!
