Hi. I have noticed that my callya account has been deactivated while I still have some money in it. The web page said I should recharge to activate it, and I did so twice, but no use. And because that my phone number is blocked now, I cannot even log on whatsapp or call the customer number. Can anyone help me with this situation? Many thanks!
