(Apologies for not speaking German)
Hey! I ordered my first CallYa SIM card about a week ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I fear that it may have been lost in transit; is there any way I can confirm this (e.g. find out if the delivery address wasn't found)? And if it is indeed lost, can I order a replacement one? Thanks in advanced.

We currently have a lot of orders for CallYa cards. That's why the delivery takes a little longer.
Please be patient a little longer.
