Hello,
First off, I want to apologise for using the English language (I'm still trying to learn German ).
Earlier today I bought a CallYa sim from the Vodafone Store in Rathaus Essen. Even though they told me that the Sim is already Active, that wasn't the case. I can't make or receive calls, I cant send or receive text messages and I can't access the Internet. I never received a Customer / Subscriber Password so I can't even create a proper account.
I can't even call Support from this number. Am I missing something?

When you bought a SIM card via Vodafone store id could be took a while till the SIM card is active.
Does your SIM card works meanwhile?
What tariff has your CallYa card? Did you top up your card?
