request order cancellation

Today I give an order from online-shop but I had a problem when online identification. I have no german residence id so, supporters can not do my identification. I would like to cancel of my order: 53XXX to give an order from vodafone shop in city.

Could you please cancel my order and send an information about cancellation to my e-mail.
