registration code issue

Hello

I would like to add my contract in my Vodafone dashboard but I only have my customer number that does not work. (I never received the  registration code)

I do not speak English and by phone the Vodafone customer care was not able to help me with my request.

How can I get my numbers in order to add my contract?
