Hello,
I hope it's ok I am writing this question in English, my German isn't good enough to describe the issue I'm having. I signed up online for an eSIM, and was emailed the instructions. I tried to follow the instructions, but I never received the activation code. When I log into MeinVodafone, and look under 'sim card and settings' next to my phone number, I don't see an activation code or ePIN. I'm stuck and don't know how to activate my new eSIM.
My husband signed up for an eSIM online at the same time as me, and was able to activate his eSIM, so I'm wondering if I did something wrong when signing up.
Any help would be much appreciated!
