unable to request activation code

Hello 

 

As a part of moving process I took over the existing contract of vodafone internet from june. I received a post to request activation code but when i tried to do that using customer number it shows an error saying that it is not a valid customer number.

please help me regarding this issue

Hey liktitha,

If you take over a contract from the previous teanant you'll get a new customernumber.
Which kind of product are you using , dsl, cable or a mobile contract?

It is cable and I have a recieved a post with customer number and i tried using that 
i didn't get any post after that

I took a new contract of vodafone cable internet from July.  but i did not recieved any activation code. this is stopping me to add the new contract in the myvodafone portal.

 

i tried request new activation code as well. but it is giving the error as invalid customer.

How to get the activation code in email??
