I recently purchased a SIM card and internet plan, GigaMobil XS ohne Smartphone, on 12.3.2025. However, I did not receive the customer password in the contract or in any emails, and I have already checked my spam folder. I am unable to access my contract because I do not have the customer password. I attempted to submit a contact form with my concern, but it was not delivered. Is there any way I can obtain the customer password online or via email? I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

If you don't have your customer password, just fill out the form here: Änderung Teilnehmer-/Kundenkennwort für Mobilfunk und Internet
Send it to the address given in the form and the password will be changed for you.
