Hello, I have a new Vodafone mobile phone contract (I already have an internet contract with Vodafone) and have been trying to get back the connection price (39 euros) via the myvodafone app. I don't see the button for this in the app.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times + selected all offers in the settings. Nevertheless, the button is not displayed to me. I received my chip on the 06th of July and can't activate the offer despite being within the 7 days period, I would like to know how and would be happy if a MODERATOR could answer my question.

I contacted Vodafone customer service today and operator confirmed in the system my connection price fee would be reimbursed in the next bill, I'll be checking and confirming if it happens next month, I can say that sadly it was a really stressful situation so far with lack of information and not working systems

Where was the contract concluded? Via Vodafone (online/phone) or through a retailer?
If the contract was concluded via Vodafone directly, the connection price will be reimbursed automatically on the 1st or 2nd invoice. You will only find this button if the contract was concluded via a retailer and this was part of the offer.

received the chip 7 days ago, I've been trying to make the button appear since logitel mentions about the reinbursment via button, no luck, I reinstalled, accepted all sort of permissions related to data protection and yet only other kind of offers appears, I've been pro-rated 6 days despite my chip being received later on due to transit time
