Earlier this year (January 6, 2025), I registered via online and was pleased that their unlimited internet is 69.99€ for 24 months. I registered and got approved however I was not able to get my simcard until January 10, 2025 since they did not send me any simcard, so I had to go to their store in Alexanderplatz to get my simcard. However Vodafone charged me from January 6. Everything was fine until I started to find problems whenever I have my class (which started January 20). I tried observing what was wrong because my internet was so slow to the point that I cannot focus because my internet is cut. I was even connected to my housemates who pays half of what I am paying from other service provider. Been talking to customer service however some of them are rude and non-english speakers. I finally found someone who is friendly and assisted me, which provided me with a new simcard. I tried it once more and I have observed it again, nontheless it is really slow. Note that I cannot change my location since I am having my school online in my apartment. They informed me to try a cable connection, however I am not willing to add another euro to what I currently have because 69.99€ is already too much for my poor internet connection here. My initial bill was 85.47€ which they charge me from January 6 and now it's 70€ for the month of February, I thought its only 69.99€? My inclination is this, I am trying to lower my existing Tarif since the internet connection I am receiving is very poor or just cut my Tarif altogether since I cannot focus on my studies. I was not expecting that my connection here is very poor, I have chosen Vodafone because it is the 2nd best (and I needed this for my school) however it is not doing it's part. The 14-day trial was not explained to me from the staff at Vodafone which is the sad part of it, I could have tried it first before my school start. I am hoping to be helped since I am willing to continue my Tarif (because I have no more choice). Here are my points: 1. My internet connection is very poor 2. My internet bill is too expensive for the Internet that I have 3. If this doesn't improve, lower my Tarif, change my packages or just cut it altogether because I cannot have this connection while I am studying.

I’m in a similar situation — I rely on a stable connection for my online classes through Schoologylausd.com, and slow or unstable internet seriously affects my ability to keep up with lessons and submit assignments. Paying €69.99 for unreliable service just isn’t fair, especially if the connection can’t support basic video classes.
It’s also concerning that your billing started before you even received the SIM, and that the 14-day trial wasn’t explained properly. That trial could’ve made a big difference before your school term began.
I really hope Vodafone takes this seriously and either improves your service or helps you switch to a more affordable or reliable option — education should never be compromised because of poor connectivity.

"and that the 14-day trial wasn’t explained properly"
You dont need education - you need common sense.
You will be provided with the terms of service were is clearly stated.
And - its not a trial - its a withdrawl from a contract within 14 days without giving reason - you can term it as a trial, but it isnt
