I was a customer of Vodafone up to 2021 (for internet connection). In 2021 , i've moved to another city and Vodafone was not able to transfer the connection to the new location, thus the contract was terminated.
Fast forward to today - when i've received via email - associated to the old account - that a new online order was placed for a new mobile phone+mobile subscription. All the details in the new order are correct, including the new address for shipping the phone. however, i've not placed this order and as my german is not that great, the phone support does can't help me.
How to proceed? currently the phone is marked that will be deliveredon 31st of april and i've also received the details for the esim...
