Hi , my internet contract terminated on the 24th of november 2023, I didn't had internet after November and I already have a different internet provider since December 2023, I have sent the router back to Vodafone, erased my contract from my profile, since the contract was t4rminated, but now i gor a notification from my bank the vodafone is trying to charge me with an internet bill for december? I don't understand, I can call I don't see any email or contact form where i can write with customer service here in Germany , can you help me ?
