Vodafone contract; The Worst service and support I've ever seen!

Hello,

I ordered an iPhone 12 with Young L contract. Due to initial invoice, one-time payment was 89.88€ and the monthly payment was 52.23€. After one week I received an email saying that my packet can not be delivered because my address is not correct! The packet is returned, but I received a simcard! I never used it, because I was thinking it was delivered by misatke.

After few days I received an invoice of 119.38€, and I can't even map this amount to payments of initial inoivce! For example there are two "Ratenzahlung Hardware" cost of 40€ in new one. 

 

I even couldn't reach someone to help my, Very poor support. 

I don't know what's happening with Vodafone. It's really disappointng!

Don't know why you couldn't reach out for someone. You can use the internet, phone, mail, app, WhatsApp, online contact, fax, snail mail and get support.

Sometimes hardware can't be delivered if the delivery service can't find the address or name. Please check that.

All prices including the hardware are written down in the contract agreement/Bestellbestätigung. Following bills are inline with the contract, please check that too.
