Tariff change Mobil

Hello,

I will want to change my tariff plan for my mobil contract. A little bit of background. I had a Young people tariff, now I am in my 3 year of contract. Can I change to the tariff Red XS?

And since I have also a Cable internet contract do I benefit of GigaKombi  Vorteil?

Are you now older than 28 and no longer eligible for the Young tariffs?

You can change your tariff after the 24-month minimum term has been reached.  

This can be done online here, for example.

You can book the Gigakombi at any time via one of the contact channels if you have an authorized cable internet contract. You can find the authorized cable internet contracts here starting on page 4.

Another requirement is that the contractors are the same or the payment is made using the same bank account.
