I am waiting to receive my SIM card after ordering a contract with Vodafone.
It should be delivered with GLS. However GLS claim they could not deliver the package because of wrong address [which is not true, and I saw on the live tracking that they passed my address without stopping]. GLS say they cannot attempt delivering the package again and that it was sent back. Vodafone asked me for correcting my address [which was correct the first time], then no new status appears.
I have been waiting for the card arriving since 25.04.2023. Is it possible to switch to an eSIM for free so I can use the contract already? Or at least to know if the order will be delivered?
Unfortrunately I will consider cancelling my order with Vidafone before the two weeks pass if there is more delay and to move to another carrier for faster delivery.
