You are in a customer-to-customer forum, nobody here can confirm anything like that. Keep in mind that it takes 3-5 business days before the money is actually assigned to your account and your services will be restored.

Use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater. After you got forwarded, the response will take time, this is no live chat and request are worked on in chronological order.
